The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is accountable for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with the full-cycle recruitment of candidates to meet current and future staffing needs for our organization's business segments. This role will also be responsible for assisting with administrative support including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, interview scheduling/coordination, administering assessments, background/drug/reference checking, and activities involving the employee selection process. This role will provide direct support for the Business Develop Group staffing initiatives and the TTI Graduate & Internship program for all North America business segments (Sales, Product, IS, etc.).
This role will be located in our Corporate Headquarters in North Fort Worth, Texas.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team on all recruiting and candidate selection activities.
Assist with utilizing all available recruiting resources to post positions and proactively source qualified candidates for open positions.
Clearly and accurately communicate the company's employee value proposition to potential candidates while complying with all applicable policies, practices, and processes.
Ensure all positions are posted internally in accordance with TTI policy by assisting with sourcing external candidates and presenting hiring managers with qualified and pre-screened (interviewed and tested) candidates.
Accountable for conducting professional reference checks prior to extending offers and expediting the background investigation and drug screen process once a verbal offer has been accepted contingent upon successful completion of the background investigation and drug screening.
Provide support to the Business Development group and the TTI Graduate & Intern program recruiting initiatives by assisting with all program planning and activities.
Utilize and diligently document recruiting activity in the TTI Applicant Tracking System (UKG) by entering job opportunities and adequately tracking and dispositioning applicants.
Provide assistance with department reporting, offer process, and onboarding as needed.
Other duties, special programs, and/or projects as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED is required. Degree in Human Resources preferred. Three to five years of related experience to include human resources, payroll, customer service, and general office experience.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) at the intermediate level.
- Ability to multi-task on a daily basis in an environment where a significant number of interruptions occur on a constant basis.
- Maturity to manage a large volume of highly confidential information.
- Excellent teamwork skills and someone who can redirect activities to help others as needed.
- Demonstrated telephone etiquette and professionalism.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Good attention to detail skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong alphanumeric data entry skills with good quality.
- Knowledge of basic labor and employment regulations.
- Aware of compliance requirements concerning Federal, State laws, as well as TTI policies and procedures.
- Business acumen concerning an understanding of TTI business and position requirements so that may pre-screen applicants and select the qualified to be forwarded on to the Hiring Manager.
