The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is an instrumental part of the growing Talent Acquisition function for the US. We are seeking an individual who will ensure success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Formatting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on appropriate job boards
  • Support the TA team with scheduling phone screens and interviews; including the coordination of travel arrangements as needed
  • Manage the pre-employment process for new hires with Clarios' preferred vendor to initiate, monitor and complete drug test and background checks
  • HRIS/Applicant Tracking System: Assist with job postings, dispositioning candidates, helping with the approval/offer/hiring process. Also includes run ad-hoc reports/data analysis related to recruitment or talent management
  • Submitting and following up on HR Ops tickets
  • Reporting and Metrics: Sustain key recruiting metrics and reports to ensure that the Talent Management team is meeting the needs of its internal clients, the company's talent agenda, and compliance requirements
  • Entry-level Recruiting: Screen and interview qualified candidates when needed; work with hiring managers to develop local sourcing and advertising plan
  • Communications/Social Media: Partner with TA Management and Marketing to keep external recruitment branding content updated and bring new ideas to the table, as well as respond to any recruitment inquiries generated from social media
  • Manage Clarios' Employee Referral Program
  • Assist with Early Careers Program (career fairs, college recruitment, intern programs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Talent Management leader and other stakeholders to improve and streamline processes
  • Other Administrative: process candidate reimbursements, work with Procurement to get POs issued for vendors, A/P to get vendors paid, provide backup assistance to other HR functions
  • Supporting with new recruitment related projects
  • Be the go-to for all general recruitment queries from recruiters, hiring teams and candidates
  • Other duties as assigned that fall within the TA team



Requirements/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required (focus in Human Resources preferred) or at least 4 years of relevant working experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Understanding of HR experience highly desired (to include regulatory requirements and/or the overall recruitment process)
  • Microsoft Office user proficient
  • Demonstrated detail orientation, project management and follow-up skills
  • Professional confidence to communicate with all levels inside and outside the organization
  • Team player with a positive outlook, who's also able to work on own initiative and be a natural problem solver
  • Experienced with working at a fast pace with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Confident user of Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
