The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at The Learning Experience, you are responsible for assisting with daily operations of the HR department creating a remarkable candidate and new hire experience, supporting on-boarding and fostering employee engagement.

 New Hire Onboarding

• Request all new hire requirements with internal partners – Finance, IT, etc and ensure completion prior to new hire start date
• Schedule initial new hire meetings and immersion plans
• Assist with planning and set-up of HQ in partnership with recruiting team

Employee Engagement

• Identify, plan, communicate and execute internal/external employee events
• Creating and sending monthly internal communications – Birthdays, Anniversaries, New Hires

General Department Support

• Partnering across the People Team on the execution of the employee facing projects and programs
• Provide coverage for office manager on reception, mail and ordering of supplies
• Support the offering of on-going perks and wellness offerings to promote total wellbeing of our employees and encourage healthy lifestyles

Talent Acquisition

• Schedule candidate interviews and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
• Managing offboarding activities
• Generate offer letters and new hire paperwork prior to new hires Day One and maintain communication through start date
• Initiate background and reference check process and verify results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition experience a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft office, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
