About the Role
We’re searching for two highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinators to assist our Talent team with coordination and the execution of our talent acquisition and talent marketing efforts. This role is a great career launcher into recruiting as you’ll learn critical skills around organization, sourcing, candidate experience, talent metrics and more! You will play an integral part in maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and the daily operations of our interview schedules and calendars. The candidate experience will be your mantra and you’ll be our invaluable partner in helping guide candidates through Kustomer’s recruiting journey.
You'll be responsible for:
- Coordinate with hiring teams to schedule high-volume phone/video screens as well as final evaluation interviews with key stakeholders across the organization
- Help build talent pipelines and execute on research, referral programs, events and sourcing campaigns
- Maintain clean data in our ATS (Greenhouse) and regularly track/analyze pipeline and performance data to iterate on your approach
- Ensure candidates have an amazing experience that is both seamless and positive, throughout the interview process

Your qualities:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in talent coordination (including recruiting, scheduling, and/or sourcing) ideally in an agency/start-up environment
- Team player who enjoys working in a highly collaborative (fun!) organization
- You are fiercely organized, a self-starter, know how to prioritize your day and obsess over the details
- You are an exceptional communicator; you have the ability to own and drive a recruiting process, and communicate in a timely and thorough manner
- You have a strong desire to learn and want to grow your career in either Talent or People
- You’re a natural relationship-builder and possess the ability to engage and connect with others quickly
