Description & Requirements

The Jack Henry and Associate's Talent Acquisition team is currently searching for a customer-centric and outcome-oriented TA Coordinator to join our HR team. A successful candidate will be Excel savvy, a strong communicator, and a self-starter. This is a fasted-pace environment where you will be required to work with many individuals across a large organization, as well as vendor staffing partners from across the country. A strong attention to detail is essential. This position provides a great opportunity to learn about onboarding new associates, corporate staffing/contractor programs, and what it takes to be a successful member in a corporate recruiting environment.

What you'll be responsible for:
• Responsible for the full administrative process of onboarding of new employees and contractors. • Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses. • Reviewing of candidate resumes, pre-screens, and interview scheduling. • Responds to and tracks employee questions/concerns through the talent acquisition email mailboxes. • Participate in recruiting event coordination. • Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized people. • Assist with onboarding activities for contractors and employees. • Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports .

What you'll need to have:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate administrative work, human resources, or staffing. • Must be able to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours (7:30am-4pm, 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm).

What would be nice for you to have:
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, Planner, Outlook (meeting scheduling). • Prior experience in human resources or staffing. • Strong business communication and grammar. • Ability to apply acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. • General knowledge of HRIS system. • Accurate typing and word processing skills
