The opportunity

Our Talent Acquisition team identifies diverse top talent around the country for a wide range of positions at Edelman. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a centralized team and become an expert in Health recruitment. You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers and HR colleagues and will shape the recruitment strategy to pursue, attract, and assess and top talent for Edelman. We are committed to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience and to be a trusted partner to our stakeholders. 

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented and diverse people to come to Edelman. This includes everything from market intelligence/research/insights/sourcing to outreach, attraction and assessment.
  • Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to identify strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs, both immediate and long term.
  • Be a trusted and credible partner who proactively recommends solutions.
  • Become one of the experts for Health recruiting on the US Talent Acquisition team. Ensure other teammates are set up for success when recruiting for these positions.
  • Establish collaborative, client and partner focused relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
  • Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point.
  • Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership, Manager, Finance and HRBPs.
  • Build and maintain relationships in the market through both established and updated channels.
  • Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
  • Develop repeatable processes and find ways to streamline recruitment cycle.
  • Leverage different talent acquisition teams at Edelman, personal networks and beyond to keep a competitive edge in our recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to develop compelling offers.
  • Keep all records up to date in ATS.*
  • Work with Manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources. Share knowledge across a cohesive team.
  • Participate in US Talent Acquisition team projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist should have 2 years of previous recruitment experience.
