Critical Mass is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate to focus on our Technology, Creative and Project Delivery hiring. In this role, you will help create and execute hiring strategies for experienced talent. In a challenging hiring market, you are someone who loves to partner with internal teams to ideate fresh ways to attract talent. While the Talent Acquisition Team is spread out in various cities across North America and the United Kingdom, you are someone who makes connections easily and helps your team grow, whether it be their technical acumen, sourcing strategies or dealing with difficult situations. The Talent Acquisition Associate will perform full-cycle recruitment and deliver a world-class candidate experience, while working collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team and business leaders throughout various disciplines.

You will: 

  • Source for qualified candidates and present to the hiring team.
  • Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS): manage job postings, open position information, close positions, candidate records, etc.
  • Manage external job board postings and recruitment tools, ensuring appropriate integration with ATS.
  • Provide candidates with pre- and post-interview follow up communications for roles that he/she is managing.
  • Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team.
  • Collaborate with a team of Talent Acquisition Associates.

You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Experience or understanding of a digital agency environment is preferred
  • Experience recruiting Developers, Designers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts
  • Active listening skills and ability to apply learnings over time
  • The ability to recognize potential issues and problems, and to escalate and propose solutions, where possible.
  • Proven ability to forge relationships and gain trust with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team.
  • The ability to express oneself clearly and concisely in oral communications
