OVERVIEW:

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment including proactive candidate research, talent pipelining and the partnership with hiring teams to develop a sourcing and channel strategy for open positions. The Experienced Recruiter will report to the Manager of Experienced recruitment and will manage day-to-day recruiting activities for Corporate Recruitment while leading and supporting a variety of projects to achieve broader recruiting department objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Direct passive recruiting and sourcing.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing and attract campaigns for tough to fill roles and locations
  • Co-lead multi-function recruiting efforts, partner with the management team to hiring the best talent into the function; work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources.
  • Conduct market and competitive market intelligence and determine availability of specific talent profiles.
  • Research, develop and present hiring and recruitment strategies.
  • Meet/exceed hiring goals with a constant effort to improve recruiting metrics (time to fill, diversity, sourcing).



MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recruiting experience including sourcing, assessment, networking, job analysis and attracting and recruiting diverse skills sets and background.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple roles, projects and client relationships.
  • Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools including proactive phone and internet research. Proven social media proficiency.
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
  • MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing and interview process management.
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team leader and member.
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
  • Success will be driven by your ability to foster an environment of continuous improvement in finding the finest candidates through creative sourcing and emerging recruitment practices.
  • Ability to travel as required.
