Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) Team in Dania Beach, FL.  In this role, you will partner directly with our Talent Acquisition leaders, TA Operations, HR Operations, and Corporate IT Systems teams to produce insights that ultimately contribute to improved quality of hire, reduced time-to-fill, and increased operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience retrieving data from multiple platforms, analyzing large complex data sets, and building scalable reports and dashboards using SQL, Excel, and Tableau.  This individual has a strong analytics background, comprehensive business understanding, and is passionate about process improvement.  This position sits within a TA team that is central to fueling Chewy’s ambitious growth plans over the next several years.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the corporate TA team by analyzing TA data, including candidate pipeline/activity, interviewer effectiveness, adoption of hiring process standards by business leaders, and correlations between interview feedback and on-the-job performance of hires
  • Perform complex analyses by leveraging large data sets from multiple systems and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using Tableau and Excel Macros
  • Contribute to automating, standardizing, and publishing key reports and dashboards, using Tableau and Excel, to help disseminate data and insights to senior leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate within the People Analytics and Corporate Systems teams, as well as with TA leadership and business partners to enhance reporting capabilities and support company-wide initiatives
  • Create ad-hoc and operational reports for Talent Acquisition team
  • Identify and drive resolution of data quality issues

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, Information Management or a related degree with analytical emphasis, or equivalent military experience
  • 2+ years of related work experience analyzing data and building dashboards
  • Advanced Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistics
  • Data Visualization skills and knowledge in Tableau
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
  • Solid interpersonal skills, with demonstrated abilities to communicate with and influence all types of team members up to senior leaders
  • Solid sense of judgment and ability to make effective decisions under ambiguous situations
  • High attention to detail
  • Dedicated, with a high sense of urgency; willing to do whatever it takes to get tasks done quickly
  • Position may require travel

Bonus:

  • Masters or equivalent advanced academic degree
  • Advanced technical skills using Python, R, or other programming languages
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS data infrastructure and reporting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Visio, and PowerPoint
