Please review the following job description:

Manage key candidate recruiting and sourcing processes and systems for Talent Acquisition through oversight and consultative support of multiple technology platforms and external resources, with a primary focus on the continual enhancement of the Truist hiring process and candidate experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Recruiting Technology: Through oversight of performance and process requirements (current state), research of best practices, collaborative partnership with Talent Acquisition recruiting teams and leadership, multiple areas of Human Resources, external third-party suppliers and other internal business partners (legal, compliance, digital marketing, IT, etc.), identify and recommend opportunities for recruitment technology innovation to improve service delivery and performance. Require designing, updating, and maintenance of the Truist Careers Site, in addition to providing direction for all web-based recruitment tools (Candidate Relationship Management system, Video Interviewing Tool, Recruiting Job Boards, etc.).
2. Third Party Procurement and Relationship Management: Develop and execute competitive strategies for Talent Acquisition project-related efforts (RFI/RFP) for onboarding/off-boarding all recruitment technology platforms and programs. Full management of Third-party vendor relationships which includes, but not limited to: identifying/articulating business case, supplier review/selection, contract/pricing negotiation, development of KPIs/Service Level Agreement, and Invoice review/approval.
3. Third Party Risk Management (TPRM): Ensure business continuity through well-managed ongoing monitoring of product service activities (SLAs, KPIs), review, validate and upload third party artifacts to Archer quarterly, maintain regular communication with the Third Party Vendor, partner with internal Info Security partners on TPRM risk/incident findings (BRIA, TP Information Security Risk Assessment, annual contract review and technology attestations), completing remediation and/or risk acceptances and ensuring timely off-boarding of third-party relationships.
4. Designing and Delivering Training: Employ consultative leadership and oversight of the design, development and delivery of customized training programs for Talent Acquisition. Utilizing a combination of virtual classroom and web-based on-demand instructional methods to deliver efficient and effective on-going training programs.
5. Data Analytics/Metrics: Proactive, on-going monitoring, assessment and reporting to TA leadership on End Users recruitment synergy and activity within technology platforms, utilizing predictive and preemptive methods to ensure ROI.
6. Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor proper usage of all Talent Acquisition recruiting technology tools and resources through partnership with TA compliance partner and internal business partners, ensuring adherence of compliance requirements for technology processes, policies and procedures, and certifying proper OFCCP and audit documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance , human resources, or equivalent education and related training or equivalent work experience.
2. 7 Years' experience in talent acquisition/human resources.
3. 5 Years' experience with direct candidate sourcing/recruiting.
4. 5 Years Project Management experience.
5. Demonstrated Recruitment Strategies Consultative skills.
6. Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
7. Solid understanding of Employment Law as it relates to applicant tracking and recruiting.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
2. Professional certification in HR-related discipline (PHR, SPHR, CCP, etc.)
3. Formal project management training or certification (PMI)
4. Experience working in the financial services industry.

Travel
Minimal and up to 10%
Physical Conditions / Environment
Normal office environment where there is little or no discomfort due to temperature, dust, noise, or other disagreeable elements.
