Job Summary
Position is responsible for providing general Human Resources support in assigned area, which may include one or more of the following functions: employment, recruiting, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation, and/or training/development.Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree or specific technical expertise related to the assignment required (e.g. compensation, actuarial science, employment relations, workforce planning, etc.)

Principal Accountabilities
- Determines and addresses needs of employees, management, and staff; responds promptly to inquiries.
- Investigates and actively seeks resolution to problems and concerns.
- Monitors progress of important initiatives and key activities.
- Communicates HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.
- Researches, analyzes, and proposes solutions and/or makes recommendations regarding HR processes.
- Compiles information and prepares reports as necessary.
- Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
- Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
