About the Role

As a Staff Executive Sourcing Recruiter, you will be part of our Global Talent Acquisition Team and will directly support our business leaders in the US. This will be a pioneering opportunity manage sourcing and recruiting best practices for leadership roles at Dexcom.

You will proactively assess talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across Dexcom with a sharp focus on diversity.

In this role, you will partner with Executive Leaders, TA Leadership and Staff Recruiters to deeply understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, high-performing talent.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Source, network with and proactively reach out to external under-represented groups, externally.
  • Implement, and execute on various sourcing and recruiting strategies to continually attract diverse talent at a Executive/Leadership level.
  • Source, engage, and nurture underrepresented talent through various job boards and alternative innovative search techniques to identify qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Provide insights and collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen.
  • Advocate for minorities and ensure equality across all business functions.
  • Participate in career fairs and informational sessions for diversity-based organizations.
  • Support internal team members in developing interview processes that mitigate bias, which includes reviewing job descriptions for bias-leaning words and setting-up non-bias interview processes.
  • Establishing relationships with diversity organizations.
  • Keep track of and report out diversity metrics.
  • Assist the recruiting team with special projects as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of working as a Leadership Sourcer and/or Executive Recruiter.
  • Total of 5-8 years' experience working as a Talent Acquisition Pro.
  • Extensive experience in talent community building and outreach especially within divererse or underrepresented groups.
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing techniques and knowledge of technology.
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external sources and predict trends.
  • Tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is highly desirable. Bachelor's degree preferred.


Experience and Education

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
  • At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
