YOUR MISSION

The successful candidate will source for our global Product Management, Product Design and Product Engineering teams, placing top quality candidates remotely within the US, Canada and EMEA. You will ensure that candidates are recruited quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively in order to meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business, solving complex recruitment challenges.

  • Use sourcing tools to track efforts and report on data showing results
  • Work with Talent Partners and Hiring managers to get an understanding of the profiles needed for the job
  • Work with teams to create sourcing strategies and sourcing jams
  • Identify potential candidates through the use of creative sourcing methods, beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean, x-ray searching, competitive mapping, etc.
  • Identify a diverse slate of candidates for each search.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years experience as a high-performing senior-level “in-house” sourcer, within a comparable, global high growth technology company.
  • Proven experience and ability to coach and influence a team of high-performing technical sourcers while delivering strong individual performance.
  • Broad exposure to professional and/or leadership hiring for a given sector of the business.
  • Proven track record of individual results including through direct sourcing strategies.
  • Skilled at partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to set organizational hiring strategies, sourcing strategies and manage data for personal and team success.
  • Ability to work with, analyze, and report on complex recruiting data in order to deliver reports that measure individual, team, and organization results.
  • Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing an excellent candidate experience and meeting SLA goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
  • Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced environment to deliver against company hiring goals.
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Super hands-on approach, with experience of leveraging different sourcing channels and familiarity with internet search tools.
