Sr. Technical Sourcer
The Role
Lark Health seeks a talented Senior Technical Sourcer to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing passive candidates to maintain a pipeline of top talent. The goal is to reduce our time to hire while improving candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Engineer Recruiting Team to plan and execute various sourcing strategies to cultivate candidates
- Source, engage, and nurture passive talent through various tools to include; LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Boolean Searches and alternative search techniques to identify qualified candidates
- Advise your customer on market trends, industry insights, and identifiable talent pools
- Provide insights and collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process,
- Partner with the Recruiter and Hiring Managers at various stages of the recruiting process
- Ensure data integrity within our Greenhouse ATS
What You’ll Need
- Advanced knowledge of recruiting and significant experience sourcing passive candidates
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a history of building strong relationships across multiple teams
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
- Comfortable working independently within the various engineering teams to source talent
- Experience using Greenhouse and SeekOut is a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years’ experience as a technical sourcer
- 5+ years supporting software engineering requirements; front end, backend, full-stack

Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $40.00 per hour (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. We have identified the “core” period of the day during which all employees are required to work for scheduled meetings, syncs, scrums between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
