Your Opportunity
The HR Services and Operations team delivers solutions that improve the way Human Resources is delivered at Schwab. This team supports HR Technology, Staffing & Training operations, and various HR functions with daily system administration and information system services. The team's purpose is to drive standardization and operational efficiency. Training Operations is a subset of HR Services & Operations and provides logistics and implementation support for training activities supported by Schwab's learning management system (LMS).

What you are good at

  • Consulting with training partners regarding program structure and set up to identify efficient implementation to provide the best user experience, effective training communications, reporting and survey needs as needed.
  • Participating as a project member for large training rollouts to represent the training operations' perspective.
  • Managing training activities into the LMS for all activity modalities and coordinating with internal partners to load vendor third party content.
  • Acting as a point of contact for any miscellaneous logistical questions that may arise for the programs (i.e., communications, location, materials, setting up in the LMS, etc.).
  • Defining/selecting training audiences for effective coverage of desired learner population and required tracking based on business requirements.
  • Managing support of other training operations team members provide administrator support on virtual sessions.



What you have

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience planning and implementing training events.
  • Experience using and/or administering a learning management system desired.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
  • High attention to detail with outstanding time-management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects required.
  • Highly successful working independently and as a team to accomplish results.
  • Excellent relationship building, oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience driving process improvement by focusing on the customer experience.
  • Ability to identify and solve issues proactively and independently in a virtual team setting.
  • Skilled at maintaining a positive user experience while troubleshooting when challenges arise
