Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drives the entire lifecycle talent engagement process from job creation to offer negotiations, all while providing a world class Hiring Manager and Candidate experience
- Holds a deep understanding of our business and the talent market, and continually advises business leaders to make well-informed decisions through data insights and market intelligence.
- Partners proactively, collaboratively, and harmoniously with internal HR stakeholders
- Provide mentorship or indirect leadership on various recruiting tactics.
- Have a passion for leading diversity initiatives.
- Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions;
- Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers;
- Sources candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates;
Qualifications:
- Ability to meet niche, technical and/or high volume recruiting goals;
- Take initiative and thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment; and
- Strong sourcing ability (within an ATS, LinkedIn, events social media networks, job boards etc.) and ability to source both passive and active candidates.
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience of using an ATS such as Success Factors is highly desirable
- Experience working with colleagues internationally in a multinational organization
- Experience in implementing global concepts and processes
Functional Description
Works with hiring manager to document requirements of job openings as required opening requisition(s). Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Surfaces candidates and develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Prescreens resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process. May conduct employment background checks. May provide performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources.

- A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.
- Demonstrates further technical development and a track record of project success.
- Demonstrates an ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience and Education
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.
Workplace Type
- The Workplace Type for this role is Flex. Based on the nature of your position you will be working onsite approximately 2-3 days per week from collaborative space and hoteling desks at our Dexcom sites. You will need to be located within commuting distance (typically 75 miles/120km) of your assigned Dexcom site.
