Job Description

The Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for the strategic design of the recruiting service delivery model. This individual will identify and develop the business case for strategic vendor, community and college partnerships to staff all levels of positions within the organizations. This position will determine the blend of full and partial life cycle recruitment strategy to ensure maximum support of talent acquisition in partnership with leadership and HR. This individual will also act as the subject matter expert in terms of business process design for any technical integration for talent acquisition infrastructure (including ATS and CRM functionality). This individual will design and set benchmarks field TA metrics. This individual will provide strategic direction for critical roles in partnership with the Sourcing and Recruiting Operations TA team. This individual will manage a team of recruiters responsible for full life cycle recruitment and TA Program management.

Primary Responsibility:

Strategic design of the recruiting service delivery model for Recruitment Marketing to include a blend of full and partial life cycle recruitment based on position and critical talent gaps.

Build a team of high performing recruiters capable of nimbly adapting to the ever changing climate within our business.

Maximize candidate engagement and competitive advantages of Retail Focused Talent Acquisition Programs to include College Recruiting/Intern Program, Diversity/Military Initiatives and Community Involvement.

This individual will interact heavily with Sr. Leadership and HR Business Partners to understand talent gaps and design programs to address those talent gaps across the retail enterprise.

Manage and Develop a team to support the day to day operational excellence of recruitment.

Document staffing policies and processes to drive consistency throughout North America. Establish a consistent process for requisitioning, recruiting, and hiring. Develop a central repository for retail recruiting documentation.

Level of Formal Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Area of Study: Any

Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience

Type of Experience: Recruiting/HR/Legal/Procurement/Sales

Language Skills: Bilingual a plus

Skills and Ability:
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to interact with and influence officers and executives
• Ability to build solid working relationships with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop a business case.
• Passion and energy around business process improvement (lean principles)

Information Systems:
• Oracle and any recruiting system experience
• Hiring transactions and compliance for field recruitment

Personal Attributes:
• Professional demeanor and Excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills
• Technical savvy, proactive creative "outside of the box" thinker.
• Developer of talent. Relationship builder internally and externally.
• Resourceful and Strong work ethic.
