About the Role:
 
As the Sr. Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Programs, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of all candidate generating talent programs. You will design our early in career university hiring programs in the US and UK. You will build upon and expand our internship program both domestically and globally. You will manage our recruitment marketing function, ensuring we have repeatable, measurable processes in place. Your passion for talent acquisition and your strong program management and stakeholder management skills will create unique and creative experiences that attract top talent into PitchBook.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and executing early in career hiring programs domestically and globally
  • Understand the company's business objectives and the evolving external landscape. You will use this to create a strategy that identifies, attracts, and recruits talent through traditional and non-traditional programs and events
  • Partner with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Business Partner to develop and execute diversity hiring strategy
  • Manage recruitment marketing function ensuring there is a strategy and execution plan in place that drives quality applications and maximizes all channels
  • Advise and influence leaders across the organization on innovative diversity and inclusion recruiting strategies and solutions that will improve engagement, productivity and business results
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to strategize and deliver new, creative solutions that widen the funnel of qualified prospective candidates
  • Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and employees throughout the hiring process
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor to Recruiters, Sourcers, HR Business Partners and leadership teams
  • Provide regular metrics and reporting against company initiatives, identifying trends and highlighting insights
  • Develop, evaluate and maintain relationships with external organizations and partners (i.e., industry, non-profit, and community groups) that align with our hiring goals
  • Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
  • Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years progressive experience in a Recruiting function
  • 3+ years building early in career hiring programs
  • 4+ years experience successfully managing and developing a team
  • Demonstrated ability to create, execute and manage multiple talent programs
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong program management experience
  • Talent Acquisition operations experience preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including working with executive leadership
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
