About the Role:
CrowdStrike Talent Acquisition team is growing and we are looking to add a Senior IT Corporate Recruiter to the team! Our ideal candidate is a team-player, has excellent customer service experience, and thrives in a fast pasted, constantly changing environment. The Senior IT Corporate Recruiter will be a “swiss army knife”, meaning they have the ability to support multiple client groups, including IT, Customer Success, CTO Labs, G+A, Professional Services R+D, and a variety of other technical and non-technical positions as needed to support our growing global team.

What You’ll Do:
Partner and strategize with business leaders to understand their business needs, ask the right questions, quickly drill down on requirements.
Build and leverage highly efficient applicant and sourcing channels (e.g., social media, internet sites).
Excellent pre-screening skills to quickly determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements and hiring team soft skills.
Oversee and manage a flawless interview process (with support from talent coordinator).
Own individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience.
Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines.
Ability to communicate very well with all levels, from individual contributors to executives and C-Suite.
Work with hiring managers to provide creative recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the business
Gain an in-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met
Source, pre-screen and interview candidates
Develop and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipelines
Pro-active sourcing ability, including the use of social networks and other alternative sourcing methodologies in order to ensure a robust pipeline of potential candidates
Manage the offer generation and approval process
Provide analysis of recruitment stats and activities to business partners on a regular basis
Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required
Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs
Communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically and confidentially at all times, providing detailed updates regularly
Have a strong “can do” attitude with the genuine commitment to customer service
What You’ll Need
Minimum 7-10+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience.
Full life-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
Impeccable organizational skills.
High attention to detail both written and verbally.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ideal candidate has prior agency and corporate recruiting experience in a fast-paced technology company.
