Sr. HRIS Analyst - Workday, Recruiting (Remote)
About the Role
The Sr. HRIS Analyst – Workday (Recruiting) is responsible for the day-to-day management and success of Workday’s Recruiting module. We are looking for candidates with advanced expertise in managing Workday Recruiting configuration, as well as a mindset that promotes simplification, scalability, accuracy and an increasingly higher level of productivity for everyday users.
Key Responsibilities
Configure business processes and notifications to specified requirements as directed by HRIS management in partnership with Recruiting
Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality
Serve as an advanced subject matter expert within Workday Recruiting to recommend best practices
Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective results
Partner with HRIS to develop and implement practical solutions for scale that will ensure optimal utilization of Workday Recruiting including configurations, business processes, data management, security architecture, and reporting
Ensure recruiting integrations are operating as expected and create/import EIBs as applicable
Document internal processes and procedures to ensure system data integrity by using audit scripts and other controls
Ensure data completeness and accuracy to provide confidence in downstream reporting mechanisms and dashboards
Responsible for gathering, preparation, and analysis/audit of data for internal and external reporting
Leverage project management and change management
Support Workday Semi-Annual Upgrade testing and adoption of delivered enhancements
Provide mentoring, coaching and support for HR team members including Recruiters, HR Services, Recruiting Operations, and HR Business Partners
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects with exceptional customer service
Continually increase personal knowledge and maintain individual development through training and research
Create/modify Workday reports and/or dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
Maintain technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Workday Community and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars, etc
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4+ years functional and technical HRIS design, configuration, and administration experience
3+ years specifically with Workday
WD Recruiting certification preferred
Willingness and passion for Workday coupled with providing an exceptional candidate and recruiter experience
General knowledge of Workday HR functional areas and workflows
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication
Ability to build strong cross functional relationships across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work within a team environment with global team members and time-zones
