You will bring experience in leading and building enterprise talent strategies, executive candidate research, market intelligence, passive candidate outreach, leadership sourcing, and relationship development. We need someone interested in leading and implementing talent strategies, innovating on processes, understanding emerging recruitment technologies, and market and talent mapping. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting in multiple different geographies across North America and is at ease contacting passive senior leadership talent.

In this role, you will partner with Recruiting Leadership, Executive Recruiters, HRBP leaders, and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs while crafting creative strategies to engage passive, impactful talent for multiple business functions across the enterprise. You will proactively build diversity talent strategies and assess talent for specialized and hard-to-fill roles across the enterprise, including but not limited to Global Operations, Corporate Functions, Go-to-Market functions (Marketing, Retail, Digital), Product, Merchandising while maintaining a sharp focus on building diverse executive-level pipelines.

This role is embedded in our Global Talent Sourcing & Executive Search Teams within the Global TA organization. This role will collaborate with Executive Recruiting, Business Leadership, DE&I leaders, and HR Business Partners to build and implement strategic talent strategies and hiring for the organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

- 5+ years' full retained executive search and/or full life-cycle in-house executive recruitment/sourcing experience with a focus on developing diverse candidate pools.

- Dynamic executive talent sourcing experience across Global Operations (Supply Chain, Manufacturing), Corporate Functions/Business/G&A roles (HR, Strategy, Finance, Legal, etc) and Consumer and Marketplace (Marketing, Brand, Retail, Digital) in a competitive hiring landscape.

- Experience leading and building diversity talent sourcing and pipeline strategies.

- Experience presenting talent to senior executives and influencing the executive hiring process.

- Sense of urgency, motivation, and curiosity to become an expert in identifying and engaging executive talent for NIKE, Inc.

- Experience developing complex search strategies to identify & attract diverse passive talent into senior leadership roles.

Open to remote work, except cannot work in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. These candidates will be required to relocate. For employees based in Colorado, this position starts at $105,000 per year. Information about benefits can be found here .
