Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Operations

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Operations will lead a large team of people leaders and individual contributors responsible for TA Delivery enablement. The individual in this role will partner with TA Delivery and Strategic Talent Sourcing Leaders, HR Operations, McKesson Technology, Finance, Sourcing and Procurement and the broader HR Shared Services organization to leverage cross-functional expertise to curate and enable frictionless experiences for Candidates, Hiring Managers, Talent Advisors, partners, stakeholders and external vendors. The Director of TA Operations, the Recruitment Branding and Marketing Manager, along with their respective organizations, will report into this role. This role will provide strategic direction to all enablement functions within TA including:

  • Talent Acquisition Technology
  • Process and Compliance
  • Recruitment Marketing and Branding
  • Non-traditional and Early Talent access and programs
  • Recruiting Vendor Management
  • Talent Acquisition Project Management and Recruiting Coordinators
  • HR Strategic Partnerships



Key Responsibilities

  • Build a new TA capability designed to elevate the product brand in partnership with internal communications teams and external recruitment marketing vendors
  • Lead Non-traditional and Early Talent access and programs in close partnership with Workforce Planning and Analytics, Business Leaders and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Oversee the Recruitment Coordination function, currently working to enhance the Candidate, Hiring Manager and Talent Advisor experience throughout the E2E Talent Acquisition journey
  • Drive decisions that impact TA's ability to provide a positive experience while maintaining compliant processes by effectively leveraging tools, technology and internal/external relationships
  • Serve as the owner of the Talent Acquisition P&L / TA budget



Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR-related experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading diverse, multi-layered teams
  • A proven track record of building, implementing, and managing scalable and sustainable business enablement strategies
  • Strong performance development and coaching experience with a keen ability to motivate leaders and team members to deliver results in a fast paced, high-volume recruitment environment
  • An innovative, digital native with excellent stakeholder management expertise and an ability influence peers, partners and vendors to execute with excellence against the talent agenda
