The following locations will also be considered: [Orlando]; [Charlotte]; and [Nashville]. The Sr. Coordinator, HR Business Partner will contribute to the daily administration of HR programs and processes in support of our senior HR Business Partners. You will coordinate with other HR team members to resolve employee issues in the assigned area. This position can also be based in other WSP offices listed.

Your Impact

  • Prepare, review, audit, and/or process HR-related information, following prescribed internal process and program requirements.
  • Under the leadership of senior HR leadership, be a vital source of HR information, answering employee inquiries on routine HR matters.
  • Supports in the administration of executing routine HR related programs and tasks including but not limited to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary and investigation matters, performance management, talent management and training and development.
  • Maintain and update various spreadsheets, files, audits and databases.
  • Complete standard and ad hoc HR reports and research.
  • Conducts small and large group presentations on HR related matters.
  • Support with special projects.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.


Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required with 7 years preferred experience in clerical and administrative support; College degree preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies and procedures.
  • Understanding the value of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritization of responsibilities required.
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in gathering data with small and large group presentation skills.
