As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be part of a customer-focused team that supports high volume recruitment across the LTL division of XPO. You will partner with managers and recruiters to support the processes that enable us to fill critical positions for our business. What you'll do on a typical day:

  • Create requisitions and post positions to appropriate sources
  • Prepare and send pre-boarding documents to prospective candidates
  • Initiate and monitor background and onboarding steps
  • Review and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the position requirements
  • Audit pre-employment onboarding documentation to ensure compliance
  • Answer questions and provide coaching to HR, hiring managers and potential applicants


What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • 1 year of related work experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS or other data entry systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)


It'd be great if you also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination or related area
  • Experience SuccessFactors
  • Customer service experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws
  • Bilingual English/Spanish or English/French
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills
