You will work directly with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand talent needs, headwinds, and conduct appropriate research that enables the attraction and conversion of diverse, pipelines of talent.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that enjoys inspiring and leading a team of talent professionals that are committed to sourcing specialized pipelines of talent. The ideal leader is a magnet for great talent, which will be important as you build a team of professionals.Position Responsibilities:

  • Be creative, analytical and curious about how talent moves through their career across multiple segments and geographies and inspire your team to do the same
  • Use data to showcase talent market availability, sourcing effectiveness, and progress
  • Understand the power of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and work to simplify process flows and data to ensure reporting and data are easy to extract and engage
  • Lead your team through project based sourcing engagements with talent acquisition to ensure milestones are achieved
  • Identify and utilize effective tools and sourcing channels aligned to the technology protocols at Boeing
  • Understand diversity sourcing and lead your team in engaging diverse talent aligned to Boeing's 2025 representation goals

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Dallas, Texas.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10+ years of successful sourcing and/or talent acquisition experience
  • 5+ years in a people leadership and management role
  • 3+ years' of technical sourcing experience
  • Experience conducting talent research and sourcing in a corporate firm or with a research firm
  • Experience working with CRMs to track candidate movement
  • Experience discovering, organizing and presenting relevant market data to plan sourcing strategies to influence key decisions
  • Experience utilizing innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent with advanced Boolean search capabilities
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret and leverage multiple data sources

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity and able to quickly shift focus on changing business needs
  • Experience leading global teams
  • Detail oriented with the ability to simplify and frame information with the bigger picture in mind
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience managing projects/ programs from beginning to end, planning and execution
  • Experience working and excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic and growth focused environment
  • Experience with Workday and Avature is preferred
