Job Description Summary

As a member of the Steam Power Americas Field Services team, you will be an active contributor to the Identification and attraction of services talent enabling the team to deliver on outages and customer commitments This role will require you to Lead and coordinate the identification and attraction of talent to fulfill all Field Services talent needs in the Americas Region

Success in this role looks like:

Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by demonstrating ability to identify services talent, knowledge on where to go to scout for talent and attract them by showing the growth possibilities and career runway available in Steam Power Americas .

You will be an indispensable field services team member, with excellent outstanding interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to influence decisions Well organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment requirements .

Who You Are:

  • You are someone who brings field services experience, understanding of services roles and responsibilities
  • You have experience with execution of Steam Power Field Services Projects, as well as a deep understanding of our business and technology.



Your Role:

  • Responsible for coordination of all Field Services hiring in the region
  • Attend career fairs and events at targeted recruitment points (Experienced and Entry Level)
  • Present Steam Power company profiles to College/University students and career services offices
  • Focus on quality of hire - drive use of capability assessments and talent mapping exercises to hire the best talent.
  • Create and implement diversity strategies to attract a diverse workforce to the company.
  • Develop passive candidate and succession planning pipelines through strategic networking, referrals, events/conferences, and internal centers of influence.
  • Establish relationships with appropriate career services teams at targeted recruitment points (Experienced & Entry Level)
  • Develop FS Co-Op pipeline and strategy for early ID of TFA Talent
  • Identify expanded recruitment pools for TFA talent - (e.g. community college & tech school programs, College/University programs, etc.)
  • Responsible for complete hiring cycle - working with stakeholders to manage: Postings, Candidate screening, interview proceedings, candidate selection, offer generation and presentation, and onboarding requirements
  • Support other Critical to services roles staffing; CSMs, OM's, Shops. needs surging due attrition and retirements
  • Develop pipeline strategy and KPIs for Field Services retention & Recruiting
  • Engage Stakeholders throughout the hiring process
  • Willing and able to travel as necessary to support Steam Power



Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degreefrom an accredited university or college
  • Minimum 3 years of Steam Power Field Services Experience



Desired Qualifications:

  • Practical Lean Experience
  • Well organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment with high volume recruitment requirements;



The salary range for this position is 94,000.00 - 125,000.00 - 156,000.00 USD Annual . The specific salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.
