The Senior Workday Prism and Reporting Lead is responsible for the development and execution of reporting strategy for Workday. With minimal supervision, the Senior Workday Prism and Reporting Lead will function as the Workday Prism and Reporting lead, supporting all modules within Workday HCM.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day activities of a Workday Prism and Reporting Lead
  • Serve as a Workday Prism expert with deep knowledge of current functionality, design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas and in consideration of future organization direction
  • Develop Prism solutions, reports, dashboards, and analytics to align with organization requirements
  • Mentor other team members: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our HRIS Team
  • Conduct sessions with business to analyze requirements, provide solutions to complex business problems, and transfer knowledge
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for business
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of Workday experience, specifically Report Writer, Dashboards, and Prism
  • Subject Matter Expertise in reporting including developing complex reports, layouts, and analytics for business purposes
  • Experience with Workday implementation and/or post-production support including Report Writer and Prism
  • Project leadership in support of overall direction and delivery of analytic solutions
  • Experience supporting enterprise solutions
  • Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet organization requirements
  • A strong understanding of foundational organization structures, worker and staffing processes, and security in Workday
  • Amazing communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams
  • Excellent problem identification, analysis, and solving skills
  • Ability to quickly react and adapt to changing priorities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including how to use Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other functions necessary to conduct ad-hoc data audits
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related area is preferred
