We’re looking for a Senior University Recruiter to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Help find, engage, and attract top university-level talent across our technical and non-technical teams
Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our intern and new college graduate hiring across both technical and non-technical teams
Creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Vigilantly protect and improve Snap Inc’s candidate experience
Work with a sound sense of urgency, and fill the highest priority needs for the company
Represent Snap Inc. at University hiring focused events, as well as DEI hiring focused conferences
Support the Intern Program efforts year round
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
Ability to work with, and influence, multiple facets of the organization (i.e., across function, level, location, etc.) and tailor communication based on the audience
Proven and successful track record engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best university talent across technical and non-technical positions
Strong program management skills and experience designing, assessing, deploying, and optimizing global talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale
Stellar organizational skills, working with a sound sense of urgency and possessing the ability to quickly prioritize and solve challenges
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through with both candidates and hiring managers alike
Analytically minded, and understand the importance of tracking metrics - and driven not just by your individual metrics but always by doing what’s best for the entire team
Experience and proficiency with various Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software (ideally with Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and Piazza)

Proven track record of mentoring teammates
Minimum Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of recruiting or relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for global positions
5+ years of university recruiting experience
