We are currently seeking a strong and driven Senior Total Rewards Manager to join our fast-paced, growing People team! The Senior Total Rewards Manager will be our first hire in the rewards space and will be responsible for building and optimizing our comprehensive total rewards strategy including compensation, benefits, well-being, recognition and career development.  There will be a strong focus on compensation philosophy and administration, ensuring our employee value proposition is competitive in the market, and developing a strong culture of rewards and recognition!

What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with our Leadership team and the business to develop the best benefits and rewards strategies, solutions and overall Total Rewards vision 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure not only Flyhomes’ external competitiveness but internal equity that strengthens our culture of recognition 
  • Design and implement company wide and business specific compensation structures that deepen employee engagement and ensure Flyhomes are competitive in the markets we operate in 
  • Conduct job evaluations, develop salary budgets, and assist with procedures to ensure compensation is equitable
  • Partner with the business, Finance, People and Talent teams on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Work with Payroll to ensure rewards and recognition is  up to date and compliant with applicable employment-related federal, local and state requirements regarding employee pay
  • Be responsible for building a high performing Rewards organization as Flyhomes continues to scale
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of rewards programs to ensure continued success

What You’ll Bring 

  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in Total Rewards including  3+ years as a Total Rewards leader for a growing organization (start-up experience preferred)
  • Relevant certification(s), CCP, CBP, GRP, and/or CEBS highly desired
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Data driven approach, looking at competitor and market analysis to help drive decisions that work in a range of growing markets
  • Proven experience building, developing and implementing benefits and compensation programs
  • Experience building multiple different compensation programs to include competitive sales and commission structures
  • Ability to produce compensation packages that work across a sales, operations & tech org
  • Exceptional people and communication skills.
  • Strong partnership with the business and the leadership team, including ability to respectfully push back or make suggestions
  • Patience, and a can-do, “I got this” mentality when it comes to building programs from scratch 
  • Extra points if you’ve built compensation models for international markets
