ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a brand new Senior Technical Talent Partner to join our small but mighty team! This role will help primarily with Engineering hiring efforts by not only filling positions, but by also ensuring everyone we interact with has an exceptional experience ranging from Hiring Managers to Interviewers to Candidates. This role will also have a heavy emphasis on sourcing since the majority of our hires are not applicants. We are full-desk, play a part in onboarding, and regularly help facilitate a variety of cultural events and learning programs across the company. The ideal candidate has been working as a Technical Sourcer or Technical Recruiter for several years already and knows how critical collaboration, organization, and speed are for their success. The Talent Team plays a big role in our overall DEI Strategy and having passion in those areas will greatly benefit this person.

ABOUT YOU
- At least 5 years of experience in a Technical Sourcing or Technical Recruiting role with a heavy emphasis on Linkedin Recruiter Sourcing
- Having prior experience working on roles such as Fullstack, Mobile, DevOps, Data Science, etc. are ideal
- Prior experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS - we use Lever
- Have a fearless, can-do attitude, with the belief ‘break fast and fix faster’ - we operate very Agile
- Have strong attention to detail - every candidate matters
- Willingness to learn and grow - there will be on the job training
- Are a critical thinker with the skills and ability to improve processes
- Are a problem solver with laser-like focus who can multitask by managing multiple stakeholders and openings at once
- Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
