About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to support multiple business lines and scale Engineering hiring across the US. You will partner with recruiting and hiring managers to build teams across our dynamic region, and inform on hiring strategy to hire the right people for every job where they can make the biggest impact. You may also have the opportunity to work on strategic projects to improve and innovate how we attract and recruit the best talent because we know that there's always a better way!

What You'll Do:
- Partner with the recruiting team and hiring managers by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
- Work closely with hiring teams and recruiters to develop a high quality pipeline and execute on sourcing strategies and talent mapping for a variety of technical roles
- Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS and other systems
- Passionately push for results, think and act quickly, operate long-term and in the best interest of company goals
- Ensure a fantastic candidate experience for all -- you will build teams and process with phenomenal candidate experience as a crucial priority
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- You can communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
- What you lack in experience, you make up for in hustle and “will to win”
