We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Sourcer to join our technical recruiting team. You will play a crucial role in hiring for positions across multiple fast-growing teams and products throughout our North America technical teams.
Atlassian is a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and our sourcing team is the strategic muscle that enables us to hire top talent, for the right roles at the right time. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will own the identification and engagement of top tech talent through creative and unconventional means. You will drive recruiting best practice, candidate pipeline development strategy, and relationship management while closely partnering with our hiring community and technical recruiters.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

• 5+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team or a combination of both
• A data driven approach in measuring and reporting on your sourcing and outreach efforts
• Proven track record for successfully identifying and filling pipelines with exceptional candidates in high growth environments (Bay Area tech preferred)
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (We use Lever)
• The ability to work effectively in fast paced organizations where change is a constant, and a knack for finding creative ways to hit your targets

• Experience scaling a recruitment pipeline
• A desire to improve process - what got us here won't get us to where we are going. We are looking for strategic thinkers who are driven by delivering on our targets, but work smarter to get there
