We're looking for a strategic Senior Technical Sourcer to help grow our Product, Engineering, and Design recruiting team at Ada. As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you’ll work with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop creative strategies to attract, engage and connect with talent critical for Ada’s continued growth. We collaboratively build practical and creative ways to find diverse talent and invest a lot of time activating passive candidates through a highly engaged approach. Though Ada’s technical roles are seeing rapid growth, we are passionate about delivering a human candidate experience from the initial reach out to the last interview regardless of outcome. 


About You

  • 5+ years of sourcing experience from with in-house technical recruiting team, search firm, or agency.
  • Experience identifying and hiring candidates in high-growth environments.
  • Experience hiring for various technology stacks and engineering roles.
  • Experience implementing creative sourcing methods through multiple channels.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders through data analysis.
  • Experience developing and executing, long term hiring strategies.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), experience with Lever ideal.
  • BA/BS degree.

Outcomes

  • Develop an understanding of Ada’s products, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent.
  • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape and develop multi-tiered strategic sourcing roadmaps for different functional areas (Engineering, Design, Product, Analytics).
  • Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization while aligning to company values.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
  • Partner with Recruiting Leadership to develop, evolve and adapt pipeline health metrics into consistent reporting narratives for internal stakeholders.
  • Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with hiring partners and recruiting team.
  • Partner with Coordinators, Recruiters and cross functional partners to manage an efficient model of operation.
  • Show best practices with data integrity and attention to detail.
  • Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines.
