Come join Unity as a full-cycle Recruiter. You will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and closing positions in various departments for our fast-growing engineering and creative teams. We are a high energy and collaborative team that loves working with groundbreaking recruiting tools while doing impactful work for the overall business!

What you'll be doing

• Drive full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates
• Qualify candidates for technical and Unity values
• Maintaining relationships with internal partners
• Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates

What we're looking for

• Experience with full-cycle technical recruiting
• Consistent record to recruit for variety of roles
• Prior work with diversity and inclusion recruiting
• Experience with high volume recruitment

You might also have

• Experience working in a global recruiting environment
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and/or GEM
