Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who embodies our culture and will help us continue growing a top-notch engineering team at Recharge. This role is all about bringing the brightest people on board as a core strategic driver of our growth.

What you’ll do

  • Live by and champion our values: #day-one, #ownership, #empathy, #humility.
  • Build relationships and partner with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and set talent acquisition strategies
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Coach hiring team in Recharge’s employment processes including interview techniques, selection process, and hiring system processes
  • Working alongside others, in an environment where sharing of knowledge and best practices is a constant

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience A partnership-centric approach to working with engaged hiring managers
  • You bring innovative sourcing experience with non-traditional channels to find new candidates, have a focus on and are familiar with DEI initiatives
  • A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting
  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • You understand the importance of learning the candidate’s motivations and crafting a dialogue that leads to a yes decision
