Your Life As A Maven: Help us hire our next 100+ Mavens across our Technical and Corporate teams!

• Provide an exceptional end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates. 
• Screen and qualify candidates and applications for technical skills and interest level.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and manage weekly resource needs.
• Mentor junior team members. 

Your Expertise:

• 4+ years full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Technology or Consulting.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (we use Greenhouse!) 
• Agency IT Recruiting experience preferred.
• Successful track record of crushing hiring goals.
• Must believe charcuterie boards can be a stand-alone meal. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
