Your Opportunity

New Relic is looking for an extraordinary Senior Technical Recruiter to join and support our Product Engineering recruiting efforts. We are seeking a Recruiter who is not only able to source and hire top engineering talent but a strategic partner who can collaborate with hiring managers to build talent strategies.
What You'll Do

This Recruiter will have a keen focus on sourcing (e.g. networking, internet research, cold calling, events & conferences) and recruiting of technical hires.

This position will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition for Product Engineering. We take Diversity Equity and Inclusion very seriously at New Relic. You understand the importance of Diversity and will be the DE&I champion throughout the entire recruiting process.
Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-lifecycle corporate recruiter with skills in Software Technical Recruiting and Talent Sourcing.
  • Expertise in Recruiting for SaaS Software Engineering, Product Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • A data-mindset to problem-solving and a comprehensive knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to function as a part of the broader People Operations organization.
  • Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate every time.
  • A customer-first mindset when partnering with hiring managers.
  • Passion around social media, Internet research, and employment branding.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience recruiting in a variety of categories: Marketing, Design, Product Management, Sales.
  • Experience with Jobvite and Avature applicant tracking systems.
