As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you’ll work with hiring managers to develop creative strategies to attract and hire amazing talent. You will be responsible for guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process, performing full lifecycle recruiting. You will be responsible for providing an awesome candidate experience.

In this role, you will grow and transform our technical talent across our international employee community, driving predictable outcomes while balancing innovation, efficiency, and quality. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex searches, to bring the best talent to each role
• Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for attracting and hiring talent
• Use innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill technical roles
• Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analyzing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Expertise in competing with top technology companies
• Drive offer process - including extending offers, negotiations, and closing candidates
• Influence the business teams to focus on diversity strategies
• Deliver an exceptional customer and candidate experience
• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups and with the recruiting teams 

What you’ll need to be successful:

• A strong business partner who educates and influences their business to embrace recruitment strategies, processes, and philosophy
• You are a master of ensuring an amazing candidate experience
• Proven background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill technical roles, especially the ability to activate passive candidates
• 5+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience for a technology software company
• Strong ability to negotiate and close offers in a competitive job market
• Knowledge with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
• Highly desirable - experience in diversity recruiting and the ability to source and create a pipeline of diverse candidates
