Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter role is critical for Xpanxion’s success of continuing to grow at an incredible pace. Someone with proven successful technical recruiting skills would be ideal, as this role would be instrumental in hiring developers, project managers, quality assurance analysts, and other software positions with a focus on positions in the greater Atlanta area, and across the Mid-West. 

Responsibilities

• Gathering open position requirements
• Writing job descriptions
• Sourcing resumes and candidates from recruiting tools
• Phone screening and scheduling interviews
• Interviewing candidates
• Maintaining candidate pipeline
• Making recommendations on candidate placement
• Placing offers for employment to candidates
• Coordinating with other departments ensuring on-boarding and training plans are in place for new employees

Requirements and Qualifications

• 5+ years technical recruiting experience
• Great soft skills and professional demeanor 
• Strong motivation and self-directed
• Ability to work resourcefully and independently 

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, permanent employee of Xpanxion, not a contractor
• Position may involve limited travel
