What We’re Building
Who We Are
How We Work
We are a remote-first company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
What You’ll Do In Role:
- Run full cycle recruitment for our technical roles (Engineering, Product and Customer Success)
- Thrive in an environment where you have the opportunity to share ideas, make suggestions and effect change in our hiring process
- Enjoy working with Hiring Managers as your business partners. We think feedback is a gift — both positive and constructive — and try to share it early and often. We are a high-trust and high-transparency team, and we strive to create an environment where everyone on the team feels real emotional safety at work.
- Has a strong curiosity about technology. Part of what makes Honeycomb special is the passion our team has for observability and reducing toil for engineers. You’ll sell us better to candidates if you’re genuinely interested and curious yourself.
- Enjoys a high level of autonomy. We hire adults, and we trust every member of the team to act with autonomy and ownership. We expect individual contributors to understand our business goals & product vision, seek guidance when they don't, and strive to identify and ship high-impact work. We think some of the most important work of being a manager is making sure your team has the full context to understand business & technical tradeoffs and empowering them to make their own decisions.
