Path is at the intersection of tech + mental health with thousands of therapists, psychiatrists, and other mental health services delivering care through a virtual first approach. Our platform matches patients with exactly the right person for their needs, whether it’s experience with a certain condition, gender, race, location, life experience, etc.

The Role 

We’ve been building out Path’s Recruiting team and are now growing our Technical Recruiting team from 2 to many! This is an incredible opportunity where you will get to build out the future of our Engineering and Product hiring from end to end. You will begin by focusing on Software Engineers and will have the opportunity to take on different technical roles in the future. This role is for you if you’re energized by building, coaching, ideating, and seeing the impact your hires have on a company and the world.  

You Will 

  • Be intentional about building diverse teams 
  • Have a voice and be empowered to share what you’re seeing, feeling, and thinking
  • Use your voice and ideas to be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams
  • Build relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals and steer them into crisp hiring guides
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from kicking off a new search, job description development, building a robust evaluation strategy, sourcing and closing candidates
  • Use technology and partner with external resources to get work smarter and build your funnel of candidates 
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Recruiting team, share best practices and learn from each other 
  • Work remotely as we are a 100% remote company

  • Experienced solving complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goal
  • Experienced hiring the best software engineers 
  • Experienced building and executing strategic recruitment based partnerships with Engineering hiring teams and cross-functional team members
  • Experienced in all aspects of full life cycle recruiting
