Senior Technical Recruiter - Network Operations
JOB SCOPE
The Senior Technical Recruiter, Network Operations is responsible for sourcing & recruiting engineering and technology candidates to support our COEs in Denver CO, St. Louis MO, Austin, TX & Stamford CT. The recruitment team works in a fast paced / dynamic environment, supporting both candidates and hiring managers and serves as the subject matter expert in:
Candidate research & sourcing.
Screen and selection of qualified candidates.
Consultative client support & delivery.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports recruitment strategies for job openings for assigned client group; primary internal clients are Director & above
- Consults on, influences for and drives best hiring practices and outcomes with internal clients.
- Collaborates in a matrixed organization at multiple levels and handles multiple relationships, processes and outcomes.
- Takes full ownership for recruiting life cycle (intake call, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, hiring, etc.)
- Follows best practices, tactics & projects for team members in their same function.
- Develops proactive recruitment strategies for pipeline building to present to hiring managers
- Ensures a positive candidate experience and promotes Charter Spectrum employment brand.
- Ensures adherence with all equal employment opportunity (EEO) legislation, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and other government regulations.
- Creating unique and effective search strategies.
- Manages & supports multiple unique searches simultaneously.
- Communicating complex compensation packages and translating into offers.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external audience.
- Advocating to clients in order to create a positive candidate experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent training, education and/or work experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years working experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to interpret and accurately communicate job requirements to potential candidates and lead discussions with hiring managers.

- Strong CRM and ATS experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High level of PC Proficiency including MS Office Suite.
- Recruitment experience in telecom and/or engineering industry.
- Prior Brass Ring or similar ATS experience.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $73,100.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
