Evidation is looking for a mission-driven company ambassador to help us recruit and retain the best technical talent at Evidation as we scale our business.  As a Technical Recruiter at Evidation, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of positions throughout our Engineering organization. You will also have the opportunity to inform Evidation’s overall approach to recruiting as the company continues to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process 
  • Source and pre-screen candidates 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and execute toward their hiring needs 
  • Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process 
  • Drive offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS
  • 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter focused on technical recruiting
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented
  • Enjoys/succeeds in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with hiring managers and candidates
