Evidation is looking for a mission-driven company ambassador to help us recruit and retain the best technical talent at Evidation as we scale our business. As a Technical Recruiter at Evidation, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of positions throughout our Engineering organization. You will also have the opportunity to inform Evidation’s overall approach to recruiting as the company continues to grow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full cycle recruiting process
- Source and pre-screen candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and execute toward their hiring needs
- Guide candidates throughout the entire hiring process
- Drive offer process including extending offers and closing candidates
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years as a full-cycle recruiter focused on technical recruiting
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and action-oriented
- Enjoys/succeeds in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with hiring managers and candidates
