Senior Talent Operations Partner

What you'll do:
You will help identify areas of opportunity, driving efficiencies, and documenting best practices to help us scale staffing across Credit Karma. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Lead and partner with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- You will help create consistency and efficiency within our staffing programs
- You will help build scalable recruiting processes
- You will recommend ways to improve how our teams use our tools and systems
- You will help to define the recruiting metrics which will guide process improvements and efficiencies
- You will assist with communications for new tools and processes to ensure adoption
- You will help create, maintain, and improve documentation on standard recruiting workflows and processes
- You will assist with end-to-end management of current and future Talent Acquisition projects
What we are looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a Talent Operations or related operations capacity
- Foundation and knowledge of the full cycle of Recruiting processes
- Experience in project planning, project management, system implementations, and training of systems and tools
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred), recruitment tools, and candidate experience platforms
- Experience recommending process and system improvements
