Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sr Sales Recruiter)

At DNSFilter we have a singular mission: to challenge the way the industry thinks about security via DNS. We support over 14,000 organizations, including Fortune 500 customers like NVIDIA, and Lenovo, and provide DNS security to more than 4 million end users. And we are growing quickly! At the start of 2020, our software was processing 1B queries/day. As we close out 2021 we're now processing an average of 17B queries/day! In the middle of a global pandemic, our team (and product) thrived. We doubled the size of our team, and we're looking to do it all over again in 2022.
To help realize our product vision and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own and drive full-cycle recruitment for all GTM and Sales roles.
You will:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from scoping through onboarding
- Partner with Hiring Managers to scale GTM and Sales recruiting and hiring processes to meet the demands of our growing business
- Champion an amazing candidate experience and create internal guides so our hiring partners can do the same
- Run a data-driven recruitment process to measure key talent acquisition metrics such as time to fill, interview conversion rates, pipeline efficiency, and many more
- Have an active role in the development of the Talent Acquisition team
You have:
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience
- Recent experience in a relevant industry (cyber security, SaaS, software)
- The ability to be productive in a fully remote environment
- Crossover with our standard working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST
- Demonstrated experience using a variety of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and modern Applicant Tracking Systems
