The Role
Lark is seeking a Sr. Talent Operations Specialist to support the growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a supportive and strategic role in the organization. This position will focus on talent operations; managing tools, programs and reporting & analytics to support the candidate, hiring manager and employee experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the administrative owner of the ATS(Greenhouse), technical assessment platform, and the careers site to include issue resolution, training, and optimization
- Responsible for the execution of candidate, new hire and hiring manager satisfaction surveys
- Manage and leverage the various systems to deliver talent acquisition metrics for the organization
- Identify and recommend solutions for needed process improvements and system configuration enhancements
- Ensure on-time, on-target data quality, reporting metrics, relevant maintenance, refinements and other updates surrounding processes, systems and tools
- Mange the employee referral program, drive campaigns based on business recruiting volume and needs
- Manage and update the talent acquisition playbook that recruiters and coordinators will utilize as the how-to reference guide
- Manage the reference checking and background check programs
- Provide ad-hoc training to business users as needed for various talent and HR programs
What You’ll Need
- Ability to take initiative and to work collectively with the talent acquisition and human resources teams
- Have a strong data orientation, heavy reporting experience preferably with a BI tool
- Understand the dynamics of working in a start-up environment with a can-do attitude
- Ability to manage own time and priorities in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent customer orientation, interpersonal skills and team orientation
- Data management/analysis experience with strong attention to detail
- Experience with TA/HR systems, (e.g. ATS, Careers Site, HRIS and BI tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Human Resources/Talent Operations function
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $79,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
