The Role

You’ll join our Global Go to market Recruiting team which is responsible for shaping the go-to-market growth globally at Delphix. Your success will be determined by your ability to partner with the business and identify, engage and activate the top candidates in the market. What you will do

• Manage and drive the end to end hiring process across GTM functions across Delphix in the Americas
• Take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal
• Identify, engage, activate and nurture top talent through traditional techniques and unconventional means
• Act as a first-line ambassador to potential candidates by assessing and activating talent in the market
• Deliver a diverse and qualified candidate pool that reflects our communities
• Develop a deep understanding of our talent segment to proactively build long-term pipeline in some of the most competitive markets in the world
• Constantly look for and implement new ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of personal processes
• Be a trusted partner by building relationships with your hiring managers and business leaders by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success
• Continuously champion our inclusive hiring practices and help drive our diversity recruiting initiatives

Who you are

• Several years of experience leading end to end recruiting in Sales or Go to Market in a hypergrowth software scale-up environment 
• Experience in engaging with field talent in the Americas
• Exemplary communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in traditional sourcing techniques utilized for sourcing top talent
• Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long term hiring needs
• Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques
• Ability to build, cultivate, and activate relationships with candidates
• Experience partnering with cross-functional partners to execute sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal
• Track record of successfully delivering against assigned goals within a given deadline and flawlessly executed in a very fast-paced environment
• Track record of managing candidates through a diverse interview process and closing them
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
