As a Senior Sales Sourcing Recruiter on the Talent Acquisition team, you will bring a level of curiosity and creativity to the recruiting process. Given we are a startup, you will have a lot of autonomy and responsibility. This is your unique chance to work on creative sourcing strategies for a team that is all about experimentation and creativity to achieve our hiring goals.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Sr. Manager of Sourcing. You will be in a unique position to improve both growth and culture of the organization.
  • You will take full ownership in how you achieve your top of funnel metrics, pipeline conversion percentages and hires to help the team achieve our collective hiring goal.
  • You will implement new methods to improve the efficiency of personal and team processes.
  • Be a trusted partner by developing relationships with your recruiting partners and hiring managers by presenting sourcing insights to ensure hiring success.
  • You will be an advocate of our inclusive hiring practices.
  • You will work with recruiting partners and hiring managers on our go to market sourcing strategy.
  • Bring knowledge of markets, tools, and methodologies to attract and engage qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting with experience recruiting top Sales and Professional Services talent.
  • Ability in traditional sourcing techniques used for sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Experience implementing sourcing strategies that address both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Knowledgeable in advanced sourcing tools and techniques used for recruiting top Engineering talent.
  • Experience testing new sourcing techniques, tools and approaches that increase results.
  • Experience working on sourcing strategies that resulted in achieving a common hiring goal.
  • Experience accomplishing assigned goals within a given deadline.
