The Upwork Sales team brings our Global on-demand talent platform and solutions to mid-market and large enterprises. More companies are moving towards flexible workforce solutions and many are using online talent platforms to embrace this shift. Today 40% of the Fortune 100 are already using Upwork to get more work done. We are looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter with experience building recruitment strategy and execution to find and hire qualified talent for all of our sales positions.Your Responsibilities:
- You will handle full-cycle recruiting; create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find professionals across a variety of roles within our sales organization.
- Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives such as branding, networking events, sourcing, and referrals.
- You have a passion for building solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serving a consultative partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
- Proven experience in a full-cycle sales recruiting role or staffing background.
- Experience with building and executing on robust sourcing strategies.
- You have previous experience successfully prioritizing and leading a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
- You have previously utilized an ATS system to track candidate pipelines, recruiter activity and recruitment reporting.
