Job Summary
The Senior Recruiting Coordinator works to create and support an exceptional candidate experience and recruiting process for Paycor candidates and internal hiring teams. The Senior Recruiting Coordinator is a team player who thinks of the details while seeing the big picture, improves recruiting processes, and executes to deliver top-notch results to hiring teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support internal recruiting team to ensure an exceptional candidate experience for both external and internal candidates.
- Route job and offer approvals using the applicant tracking system (ATS), Paycor Recruiting.
- Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidate to schedule remote and on-site interviews for candidates with internal hiring teams made up of hiring managers and executives.
- Run reports on a regular and ad hoc basis for distribution throughout the organization.
- Serve as a liaison to business partners in IT, Learning, Finance, and HR Operations to ensure the creation and execution of effective, compliant hiring and onboarding processes.
- Manage the internal associate referral program and internal applicant process.
- Assist with the contractor hiring process, including the creation of SOWs and work orders.
- Manage communication through the general talent acquisition email inbox.
- Create and send offer packages via DocuSign for candidates in the United States, Serbia, and Canada.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and system admin for the Paycor Recruiting ATS.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition leaders to create employer branding and marketing collateral.
- Train associates/team members on Paycor Recruiting ATS and recruiting process.
- Partner with third-party vendors to ensure timely completion of pre-employment background and employment eligibility checks.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruiting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in human resources or recruiting
- Ability to adjust work hours to accommodate business needs; after hours flexibility is occasionally required
- Razor-sharp attention to detail with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through, internally and externally, in order to provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, ever-changing environment
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills
- Demonstrated strength in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word)
- Familiarity with and/or demonstrated aptitude to learn technology tools and apps such as:
- Zoom
- Paycor Recruiting ATS (formerly Newton)
- DocuSign
- Concur
- ServiceNow
- Travefy
- Track record of excellent performance in the areas of teamwork, customer service, and problem solving
